👋 Hi, I’m Stef.

Before becoming a product management coach and consultant, I spent about a decade working at startups in New York City – the majority of that time in product management roles. I’ve been fortunate to work as a PM across a range of industries and tech products, from education and marketing to insurance and HR. I’ve shipped zero-to-one products as well as countless iterations on mature products.

I founded Product in Practice for two primary reasons. First, while I love doing product, when I started mentoring product managers and founders I discovered that I loved growing others and helping them achieve success even more. It is by far the most rewarding work I’ve done in my life. Second, I realized that I could have a greater impact as an independent coach than by working within a single organization.

I’ve since helped dozens of current and aspiring product managers achieve their goals, whether getting that first PM title, knocking out their first 90 days, becoming more strategic and leveling up to Senior PM, or more. On the consulting side, I’ve helped startups find product-market fit, define their strategic approach, and connect with their users.
